Do you give out raw/unedited photos?
No.
Where are you located?
The greater Seattle area, mainly focused around downtown & northern Seattle (around UW), but I can travel more north/south.
How do we book you?
The fastest way is to send me an inquiry or email about what kind of photoshoot you are seeking and your availability.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the end of the photo session. I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.
Do I get to choose my photos to be edited?
No. I choose my photos very carefully based on not only the client's emotions during the moment but also the moments that best represents my skills.
Do you do other photoshoots other than the ones listed?
Yes. Email me at bylilyluu@gmail.com, and I'll see what I can do.
How long is the turnaround time?
You will receive a link to download your edited gallery typically within 2 weeks from the day of the shoot.
How will I receive my photos?
I will email you the link to your album where you can download the entire edited gallery within 1 week. The link expires after 1 week. I do not hold onto all galleries and am NOT responsible for your photos after I send the link.
Do you travel?
I absolutely enjoy traveling and can shoot just about anywhere, as long as my travels and accommodations are also covered.
Can I post the photos on social media?
Once you receive the edited photos, feel free to do whatever you want with them! However, if you do post on social media, all I request is that you tag me @bylilyluu (either in the photo or comments) and don't add a filter/further edit them.
What if it rains?
With weather being out of our control, I am ok with rescheduling. Just note that the next available date might be a while away. I'm also down to shoot in the rain!
What is your rescheduling policy?
You are welcome to reschedule your session with no additional fee, provided that availability allows.
PLEASE NOTE: Availability may be limited based on time of year and my schedule. I cannot guarantee availability with last minute rescheduling.
Your original deposit will still apply to the rescheduled session if a new time/date is agreed upon all parties.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50$+ is required to hold your spot. This amount will be applied toward the total session fee, with the remaining balance due after the photoshoot.
What is your cancellation/no show policy?
Cancellations & No-Shows:
If you cancel your session or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future session.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your session will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. This is to ensure fairness and stay on schedule for all clients.
Can you help guide poses?
Absolutely! It's part of my job to create a comfortable atmosphere for my clients.
